The “Original” Bulldogs of Louisiana Tech will take on the other bulldogs from Mississippi State on August 30, 2008 in Aillet Stadium. Few people realize that OUR Tech Bulldog is the 2nd longest running bulldog mascot behind only the Yale Bulldog. Take pride in knowing that we are the “Original” Bulldogs of the South.

As most of you know it will be the first time an SEC team has ever played a football game in Aillet and the first time an SEC football team has played in Ruston since 1913 (LSU).

The Louisisna Tech Athletic Department has dubbed this event the “Day of the Dawgs”!
